DNA-PAINT Software

Supported Platforms:
Windows 2000/7/7 64 bit/XP/Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)/Vista x86/Vista x64/Server 2003 R2 (32-bit).

If you have NI LabVIEW and NI-Vision already installed on your computer, you only need to download the DNA-PAINT software itself, the LabVIEW runtime engines are not necessary in this case.

DNA-PAINT 1.0, size: 3.5 MB. Contains 32-Bit and 64-Bit code. After extraction you'll find two folders containing the 32- and 64-Bit executables respectively.

LabVIEW 2009 Runtime (32-Bit), size: 172.9 MB. This is required to run the 32-Bit version of the DNA-PAINT software on 32-Bit systems. (This package can be downloaded alternatively from the National Instruments website http://www.ni.com)

NI-Vision Runtime (32-Bit), size: 11 MB. This is required to run the 32-Bit version of the DNA-PAINT software on 32-Bit systems.

LabVIEW 2009 Runtime (64-Bit), size: 185.9 MB. This is required to run the 64-Bit version of the DNA-PAINT software on 64-Bit systems. (This package can be downloaded alternatively from the National Instruments website http://www.ni.com)

NI-Vision Runtime (64-Bit), size: 6 MB. This is required to run the 64-Bit version of the DNA-PAINT software on 64-Bit systems.

DNA-PAINT sample data, size: 328 MB. RAW sample data of triple-labeled LRO monomers. Image size: 128 x 128 px, Framerate: 30 Hz, Length: 5000 frames. This file can be used as an input for the DNA-PAINT software. First click "Open SPE" in the software and choose the sample dataset. After loading click "Gauss fit", Pixel size: 140 nm, Contrast: 1.4. Fitting can take several minutes, depending on your computer speed. Recommended display settings after the fitting process: Resolution: 15, Z-Scale: 5.
